Woz is an AI-powered sales coaching application that provides real-time insights during sales calls. These terms govern your use of our desktop application and related web services.

Woz provides:

• Real-time audio transcription of sales calls
• AI-powered coaching suggestions during live calls
• Call summaries, action items, and analytics
• Integration with various communication platforms

The Service requires audio capture from your device. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from all parties before recording any conversation.

To use Woz, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Update your information to keep it current
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others

You agree not to:

• Record conversations without proper consent from all parties
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Share AI-generated insights as human-created analysis

Important: Many jurisdictions require consent from all parties before recording a conversation. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of the people you are speaking with.

Woz is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from your failure to obtain proper consent.

The Service, including its software, design, features, and content, is owned by Woz and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights.

You retain ownership of your call recordings and transcripts. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service to you.

Woz offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Transcriptions will be 100% accurate
• AI coaching suggestions will be appropriate for every situation
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

AI-generated insights are suggestions only and should not replace your professional judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may export your data before termination. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be deleted.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
