Important: Important: Your call audio and transcripts are processed by AI systems to provide real-time coaching and post-call analysis. Here's what you should know:

• Audio is processed in real-time via AWS Transcribe for transcription
• Transcripts are analyzed by Anthropic Claude for coaching insights
• We do NOT use your data to train AI models
• Your conversations are not shared with or accessible to other users

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
• Call recordings are stored in secure cloud infrastructure
• Access to production systems is strictly limited and audited
• We undergo regular security reviews and updates

Your data is stored on servers in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to data transfer to and processing in the United States.

We retain your data as follows:

• Account data: Until you delete your account
• Call recordings: 90 days (or until you delete them)
• Transcripts and summaries: Until you delete them or your account
• Usage logs: 12 months

After account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We share limited data with trusted third parties who help us operate the Service:

• Clerk: Authentication and user management
• AWS: Cloud infrastructure and real-time transcription
• Anthropic: AI analysis and coaching
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Vercel: Web application hosting

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.
